Spicy chicken and sausage gumbo

Ingredients:

10 T butter 
8 T flour
2 cups sweet onion chopped
2 cups red bell pepper chopped
2 cups yellow bell pepper chopped 
4 celery stocks chopped
Two packages Cajun style chicken sausage 
Three chicken breasts 
4 cloves garlic crushed 
2 t dry mustard
2 bay leaves 
1 t cayanne pepper
3 tsp paprika 
2 t garlic powder
1 t creole seasoning 
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
2 t Kosher salt 

Serve over rice 

Directions:

Boil the rice 

Chop up and cook the chicken

If chicken sausage is pre cooked you can still lightly chop up and brown the sausage.

Chop up onion, celery and peppers add to a large pot on stove.

Add all other ingredients the garlic, spices, flour and butter. 

Stir til the butter is melted on low heat and add the chicken broth to blend it all together.
