Gnocchi

Ingredients:

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 12 slices of bacon 
  • 3 or 4 packages of gnocchi 
  • Bag of frozen peas 
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1.5 tsp. Italian seasoning 
  • 1 cup low sodium chicken stock
  • 4 cloves garlic 
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Cook bacon in the oven per package directions.

Cook the gnocchi per package directions.

Chop and cook the chicken.

Drain the gnocchi and add back to the pot.

Add chicken and chop up the bacon and add.

Add all other ingredients and mix till blended over low heat.

Thaw the peas per directions and sprinkle over the top.
