Baked shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds of raw tail off deveined shrimp
  • 1/2 stick of butter melted 
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs 
  • 1/2 of a lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes 
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic crushed 
  • 1/4 cup Italian parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese 
  • 2 tablespoons white cooking wine 
  • 1 shallot chopped fine 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  1. Add shrimp, lemon juice, white cooking wine, salt, pepper and garlic to a bowl and mix well.
  2. Spread evenly onto a baking sheet.
  3. Add breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, melted butter, shallot and Italian parsley to a bowl and mix well.
  4. Spread mixture on top of shrimp.
  5. Put in oven and bake 12 minutes.
  6. Set boiler on for 30 seconds more.
