Baked chicken Kiev

Ingredients:
Four chicken breasts
1 stick butter
1 package chives
1 handful Italian parsley
1 tsp Himalayan salt
1 cup panko
Two eggs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup flour
Two cloves garlic
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.
Soften butter just enough to mix it with herbs. Add chives, chopped parsley, crushed garlic and salt. Mix together and add it to the outside of a large ziplock bag and roll into a log put in freezer.
Pound chicken flat season with salt and pepper.
Prepare three bowls one with flour, one with egg scrambled and one with panko and parmesan, if you have a bit of left off parsley you can add it to the panko mixture.
Remove butter mixture from freezer just needs to be hard enough to fold it in the chicken. Cut into four pieces and roll it up into the chicken.
Dip each chicken in flour then egg then panko.
Bake 25 minutes.
Great served with rice to soak up the sauce once cut.
