2 T soy sauce 2 T chicken stock 1 T ketchup 1 T peanut butter 1 T lime juice
Fried Rice:
2 T olive oil 2 eggs 1/2 cup shredded carrots 2 cloves garlic 1 t minced ginger root 1 cup sliced green onion 1/2 cup diced red pepper 1/4 t crushed red pepper flakes 4 cups rice 1 pound cut up chicken
10 basil leaves
1/4 cilantro Peanuts
Prepare the sauce and set aside.
Cook the rice and set aside.
Add 1 tsp oil and cook the eggs and then set aside.
