Crockpot Mac and cheese
Ingredients:
- 8 oz elbow Mac and cheese
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 cups Mexican cheese shredded
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 3/4 whole milk
- 1/2 tsp. dried mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Recipe:
Cook noodles half of what directions call for.
Combine all ingredients with noodles in a crockpot.
Set on low for two and half hours.
