Breakfast for dinner chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 breasts of chicken 
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning 
  • Himalayan salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 6 slices of bacon or more if you choose 
  • 6 sausage links uncooked or more if you choose 

Recipe:

Preheat oven to 400

Drizzle olive oil and brush over chicken on a baking sheet.

Sprinkle with salt and paper

Add the Italian seasoning 

Cut slits in the chicken and evenly placeb the bacon and sausage.

Add a little bit of shredded mozzarella.

Bake 25 minutes or until no longer pink.

Take out of the oven and add more shredded mozzarella with foil over it to melt the cheese while on the baking sheet.
